It’s been a week since Red Chair Market’s first Designer Tag Sale and I’ve been meaning to showcase some of the other outstanding vendors of the event. I’d love to start with my neighbor across the aisle, Retrospective. As soon as I walked into the Shoal Crossing Event Center, I was agog at some of Retrospective owner Heather Banks’ amazing mid-century and vintage furniture. Her reimagined and reupholstered furniture is to die for, and to possess some of her curated pieces is to live quite happily in mid-century splendor. Take a look at what’s available via her Etsy store:
If you live in Austin, Heather’s game for setting up in-person showings and pickups, but if you live outside of the ATX, don’t fret–Retrospective ships worldwide. For more information and to see what else Heather has available, visit the Retrospective Austin Etsy Shop.
Small World Dept.: Two years ago, I posted a plea for votes for Heather’s attempt to win a porch makeover via Making it Lovely (which she won). Keep up with Heather’s remodeling projects on her blog, Brady Bunch Remodel.
