Just returned home from a relaxing family mini-break and since I’m still couching after last week’s knee surgery, it was great to find a few catalogs in ye mailbox upon our return. As I expected, it is the first of the Christmas (and Hanukkah) onslaught. So while some of the items I got excited about are gift-y, or holiday-inspired, why let that stop us from appreciating them? Besides, I would gladly put the tree up tomorrow. Sue me.
