Video Consultations – In response to the recent pandemic, we can provide design and decorating consultations remotely, with certain limitations*. Video consultations eliminate travel fees, and we bill in 15-minute increments without a 1-hour-minimum requirement. Payment can be conveniently made using your debit or credit card at the end of our consultation.
*Please note that remote services have limitations, particularly in paint and textile selections, as in-person lighting conditions affect color dramatically, and viewing color on screens is not 100% accurate. We will offer multiple options for you to test on your own, as well as suggestions for how to minimize the effects of these kinds of variables. While we strive to expedite the process, delays may occur with remote selections, in the event that we have to order fabric and finish samples to view IRL.
