Oh. Em. Gee. Is this ever an exciting day in the neighborhood! Our Guest Room Giveaway officially started at 8 am! We’ve been dying to do a big giveaway for a while now and getting someone’s guest bedroom ready in time for Thanksgiving seemed like just the thing. Wouldn’t you love to win?!
It’s pretty simple. If you live in the ATX (within 25 miles of the Capitol Building), upload a photo of your guest room on our Facebook “Giveaway” tab before 10 pm Friday, October 5th and then next Monday through Wednesday, everyone will vote for the winner! You’ll even earn extra entry points if you share and someone you share with ends up entering.
Then, after the votes are counted? We’re giving away a free 1-hour design consultation to one person who voted for the winning entry. So be sure and vote next week!
This is all to prove a point. NOW is the time to start thinking of those home decor tweaks you’ve been putting off. You have less than two months to get the house in shape before Thanksgiving, and every contractor we know has been busy this year…so getting your project on their calendars can be challenging. The earlier you get started, the better, and Room Fu is ready to help you with all of those design dilemmas you have concerning those projects.
So what do you get with this big makeover prize? First, we’ll book a consultation with the winner. We’ll find out what their style is, what they envision for the space, what their color preferences are…that sort of thing. Then we’ll take all of that information into consideration as we carefully craft a design plan for the room. We’ll be picking out:

Beginning with themes including nature, animals, birds and energy Judy’s work is a search for positivity. Throughout the process of mixing, remixing, covering and revealing the icons from these themes, she says she transitions from being the guide of the work to having the work guide her. This process of guiding and being guided is full of mystery, amazement and excitement for Judy. Amazing to her too, is how this energy and joy is transmitted to the viewer. Makeover Nitty Gritty
There will be new bedding and some accessories, too. And while we’re not able to provide new furniture for the room, we can makeover your existing furniture if you’re up for it! We’ll be working hard the second week of November (11/7-11/14) to pull this winning makeover together, so if you win, NO PEEKING. This is supposed to be a surprise–a great ta-DA! We’ll feature before and after photos here on the blog, of course, and Facebook, too.
