Cheers to Room Fu client Robin Cheers for being featured at an upcoming show at Russell Collection Fine Art called “Best of Texas.” I don’t know how she does it, but Robin’s able to capture fleeting moments of everyday life and the light quality she puts on canvas makes even the most mundane action feel charged with an energy and mood. I am delighted to see Robin Cheer’s work on your blog. She is a fantastic artist-she and her friend Virginia Vaughn, also of the Austin area, are two “Gems” that are being recognized as outstanding art taents from our state of Texas. They have not yet hit Super Mega Stardom but I have no doubt that they both have that in them. Lucky for us, when they do, I can confidently bet that they will still remain fine young women who help, mentor, encourage and support others.
