Austin’s Art on 5th gallery owner Joe Sigel had a beautiful home in Tremont, but the décor felt a bit blah and did little to enhance his amazing art collection.

Room Fu’s Design Guru helps Sigel select all-new furnishings that bring some pop to this formerly bland sitting area. A new, chocolate-brown sofa offers contrast against a limestone backdrop and adds a bit of mid-century modernism into the mix. The geometric rug defines the space and a pair of soft, velvet chairs keeps the conversation area comfortable. Buttery gold walls warm the room.
Inspired, Sigel installs a beautiful piece by Canadian artist Sacha.
